Adam Kay Group (AKG) came to be in 2009 by Chris A. Rigan, CPC who is the Founder and Principal Consultant for the firm. AKG provides solutions to staffing needs in the fields of information technology, engineering, sales, human resources, accounting\/finance and healthcare. We work to fill every job (no matter how modest) for any company (no matter how small) within all industries. It is our tailored recruiting programs, company culture development, and short turnaround that keeps Adam Kay Group at the forefront of talent acquisition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to starting Adam Kay Group, Chris worked in recruiting roles for two large transportation companies. He then spent 11 years with a large recruiting firm while winning several service awards. Chris received his Masters Degree from Central Michigan University in HR Administration and his BBA degree from Grand Valley State University. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chris has also received national certification designation of CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) from the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). The CPC is the only national designation recognized globally by the personnel services and staffing industry. A CPC must be knowledgeable on employment laws and regulations, as well as the highest standard of business practices set forth by the NAPS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
